What to Look for in a Personal Fitness Trainer:

Certification – It is very important that your trainer has bee trained and is certified by reputable fitness association.  It is also a good idea to choose a trainer who has a been trained in CPR.

Communication – A good fitness trainer will provide his or her client with maximum attention during their sessions. This assures that you are using the proper posture and form to achieve the greatest benefit from your workout.

Tracks Progress – A good personal trainer will track your progress and make needed adjustments along the way.  Your goals may change along the way and your workout program should be adjusted to accommodate.

Personality – It’s very important to work with a trainer who is understanding and has the  kind of personality that will make your fitness program enjoyable.  Nobody wants to be scolded or bossed around! Your trainer should make you feel comfortable and never put unnecessary stress on you that makes your workout unpleasant.
